The Cafe Niloufer is a great place in Hyderabad’s Irani cafes. People come to the café in the morning for delicious breads, and in the evenings for the strong Irani chai, as well as the sweet with Osmania biscuits and khari biscuits.  Since it is in small area like four to five tables, it is crowded with regulars.
